Mipatherm Black is a premium-grade, silicon resin-based spray paint formulated for high-heat environments. It provides durable protection and a matte black finish on metal surfaces exposed to intense temperatures.

🧪 Technical Performance:

• Thermal Activation: Achieves full film properties after first heat cycle
• Dry Film Thickness: 15–20 μm recommended
• Flash-off Time: 5–8 minutes between coats; 10–15 minutes before oven drying
• Drying Time at 20°C: Dust dry in 30–60 min; fully cured in 5 hours
• VOC Content: <750 g/l – compliant with EU regulations

🛠️ Surface Preparation:

• Clean thoroughly with silicone remover
• Sand with P120 followed by P220–320
• Degrease before application
• Avoid blasting; apply in thin coats for best results
