Monofil Bridging Filler is a professional-grade, two-component polyester glass-fibre putty formulated for structural repairs where strength and durability are critical. Designed to bridge cracks, fill holes, and restore rust-damaged areas, it’s suitable for use on cars, commercial vehicles, boats, and industrial equipment.

• Type: 2K fibreglass-reinforced polyester filler with supplied hardener
• Colour: Green – easy to identify during application
• Volume: 2 litre tin – ideal for medium to large structural repairs
• Adhesion: Bonds effectively to iron, steel, aluminium, zinc, GRP, and wood
• Durability: Waterproof and highly stable – suitable for marine and outdoor use
• VOC Level: < 4 g/l – low emissions for safer handling
• Sandability: Limited sanding – designed for structural filling, not fine finishing

🧪 Technical Notes:

• Mix Ratio: 100:2 by weight (filler:hardener)
• Pot Life: ~4–5 minutes at 20°C
• Sandable: ~20 minutes at 20°C; ~10 minutes at 60°C
• Application Conditions: Minimum 10°C, max 80% humidity
• Recoating: Must be isolated with primer before topcoat

🧼 Surface Prep:

• Clean, de-rust, and dry sand with P80–P150
• Degrease thoroughly with anti-silicone cleaner
• Avoid use on thermoplastics, wash-primers, or acid-reactive coatings
