Monofil Multi Filler is a professional-grade, two-component polyester filler engineered for bridging and repairing dents, cracks, rusted-through areas, and surface imperfections. Its fibreglass-reinforced formula ensures high mechanical strength and reliable adhesion across a wide range of substrates, making it suitable for both structural and cosmetic repairs.

🔧 Key Features:

• Type: 2K fibreglass-reinforced polyester filler with supplied hardener
• Colour: Beige – easy to see during application and sanding
• Volume: 3 litre tin – ideal for medium to large repair jobs
• Adhesion: Bonds effectively to steel, galvanised metal, aluminium, tin-plated surfaces, and GRP
• Application: Pore-free coating even in thick layers
• Dry Time: Fast curing – sandable in approx. 20 minutes at 20°C
• Sandability: Smooth and easy sanding with minimal clogging
• VOC Level: < 6 g/l – low emissions for safer handling

🧪 Technical Notes:

• Mix Ratio: 100:2 by weight (filler:hardener)
• Pot Life: ~3–4 minutes at 20°C
• Recoating: Must be isolated with primer before topcoat
• Finish: Durable, sealed surface ready for painting

• Clean and degrease thoroughly
• Sand with P80–P150
